Your spot is secured only after full payment or an agreed payment plan has been completed.
Payments are generally non-refundable, except as outlined in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

If you cancel at least 14 days before the start of the workshop, you are entitled to a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start are non-refundable.
If the organizer cancels the workshop, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

The workshop is conducted live online via the specified platform (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
Participants are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection, required software, and suitable equipment.
If you are unable to attend the live sessions, you will receive access to the recorded version.
By registering, you explicitly agree that your image, voice, and/or name may appear in the recording.
Recordings and workshop materials are for your personal use only and must not be shared, distributed, or published without prior written consent.

The workshop provides educational and personal development content only. It does not replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.
The organizer is not liable for technical issues, interruptions, or limitations caused by the participant’s equipment, internet connection, or software.

All workshop content, including presentations, exercises, materials, and recordings, is the intellectual property of the organizer.
Participants may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.

Your personal data (e.g., name, email, payment details) will be used solely for registration, communication, and workshop organization.
Personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent, except where legally required.
Workshop sessions are recorded. By registering, you agree that your voice, video, and/or name may appear in the recording.
Recordings will be made available only to registered participants and will not be shared publicly.
You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time, in line with GDPR regulations.
