{"id":45420,"date":"2025-08-17T15:37:30","date_gmt":"2025-08-17T13:37:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ordomysticus.org\/?page_id=45420"},"modified":"2025-08-17T15:37:31","modified_gmt":"2025-08-17T13:37:31","slug":"terms-conditions-online-workshop","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ordomysticus.org\/de\/terms-conditions-online-workshop\/","title":{"rendered":"Terms &#038; Conditions (Online Workshop)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Registration &amp; Payment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your spot is secured only after full payment or an agreed payment plan has been completed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payments are generally non-refundable, except as outlined in the Cancellation &amp; Refund Policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancellations &amp; Refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you cancel at least <strong>14 days before<\/strong> the start of the workshop, you are entitled to a full refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellations made <strong>less than 14 days before<\/strong> the start are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the organizer cancels the workshop, you will receive a <strong>full refund of all payments made<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Participation &amp; Access<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The workshop is conducted <strong>live online<\/strong> via the specified platform (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participants are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection, required software, and suitable equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are unable to attend the live sessions, you will receive access to the <strong>recorded version<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By registering, you explicitly agree that your <strong>image, voice, and\/or name may appear in the recording<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recordings and workshop materials are for your <strong>personal use only<\/strong> and must not be shared, distributed, or published without prior written consent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Liability Disclaimer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The workshop provides <strong>educational and personal development content<\/strong> only. It does not replace <strong>medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The organizer is not liable for technical issues, interruptions, or limitations caused by the participant\u2019s equipment, internet connection, or software.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Intellectual Property<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All workshop content, including <strong>presentations, exercises, materials, and recordings<\/strong>, is the <strong>intellectual property of the organizer<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participants may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Privacy &amp; Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your personal data (e.g., name, email, payment details) will be used <strong>solely for registration, communication, and workshop organization<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal data will <strong>not be sold or shared with third parties<\/strong> without your consent, except where legally required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Workshop sessions are recorded.
